David Silverstein
CEO of BMGI, an international training, consulting, and technology firm. David is a highly regarded public speaker and executive coach for Innovation, Six Sigma, and Total Performance Excellence. He has consulted with DuPont, Electric Boat, Mount Carmel Health System, Northrop Grumman, Siemens, Standard Register, Toshiba, and many other companies. David holds a dual B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.

Neil DeCarlo
Neil has written and edited seven books and more than 100 articles on business excellence and related methodologies. His latest work is co- author of Six Sigma for Dummies. During his career, Neil has worked with General Electric, McKinsey & Company, Florida Power & Light, and many others. He has also worked with Japanese quality expert Dr. Noriaki Kano, and has studied extensively under original co-architect of Six Sigma, Dr. Mikel Harry. Neil holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.

Michael Slocum
Michael is an internationally recognized scientist, professor, consultant and public speaker. He has used the TRIZ methodology to solve more than 4,000 innovation problems for such companies as KRAFT, BorgWarner, Siemens, General Dynamics, NASA, CLorox, Goodrich, and many others. Michael is an editor of the TRIZ Journal and author of more than 80 papers on TRIZ and related subjects. He studied at the U.S. Army Intelligence School and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Physics.
